If you use Windows operating system, you can take advantage of the Microsoft Picture Manager - a Microsoft Office tool that has an in-built file compression feature to rapidly reduce large image files.

• Navigate to the location/folder of your image.
• Right-click on the image to display the context menu.
• Point to the Open with... and click on Microsoft Office (Picture Manager).
• Click on Edit Picture on the formatting bar.
• Click on Compress Pictures under the Change Picture Size section in the Edit Pictures panel.
• Select Documents under the Compress for section, you should see the original & compressed file size at the bottom of the panel.
Note:- If the file size is still greater than 200kb then choose Web Pages instead of Documents and proceed to the next step.
• Click on OK to complete the compression process.
• Save the file and Exit.
